Refund Policy

When You're Eligible for a Refund

• Your order is cancelled before it ships
• Your order is approved for a return under our Return Policy (damaged, incorrect, or missing items)
• Delivery couldn't be completed after multiple attempts and the order is returned to us

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders that qualify for a refund, we'll ask for your UPI ID or bank details to send the amount directly. For orders paid online, the refund is issued back to the card, UPI, or bank account used at checkout.

Timeline

Once a refund is approved, we process it within 3 business days. Online payment refunds may then take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Not Eligible for a Refund

• Change of mind after an order has shipped
• Delivery refused without a valid reason
• An incorrect address provided at checkout
• Sets that have already been worn or applied
