Payments

Orders can currently be placed with Cash on Delivery. Where online payment is enabled, payments are processed directly by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not see or store your card, UPI, or banking details on our own servers.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. It's shared only with the parties needed to fulfil your order — our delivery/courier partner, and our payment processor for online payments.

Data Retention & Security

We keep order information for as long as needed for accounting, customer support, and legal record-keeping, and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we're legally required to keep) by emailing us.
